Ósar contributed to the founding of House of Eve (Evuhús) and Sunna Fertility Clinic, which formally began operations in September 2024 to great acclaim.
Sunna was established to provide individuals undergoing fertility treatment with the services they need, with a focus on warmth, compassion, and professionalism.

A new vitamin line from MUNA launched in January 2024 to positive reception.

They are produced in Grenivík under strict quality standards and procedures, ensuring each product is safe, effective, and made with carefully selected, premium ingredients.

Icepharma Welfare’s Technological Journey
2024 was a year of growth for Icepharma’s welfare technology department. The focus was on introducing and implementing new technological solutions that improve health and welfare services. The continued promotion of the Evondos automatic medication dispenser was a highlight. For instance, home care nurses in Akureyri administered over 50,000 doses using this device, enhancing treatment adherence and reducing nurse workload.
The department also presented at conferences such as the Welfare Technology Expo in Ólafsfjörður and the Sjónaukinn event in Akureyri, where innovation and future opportunities in welfare tech were discussed.
It also held key discussions with stakeholders, including the Ministry of Health, on how innovations can support care, increase safety, and improve quality of life. These conversations are crucial for meeting future challenges and ensuring optimal use of technology in the healthcare system.

Women’s Health in Focus

Employee Health Promotion

Ósar Health Week, held from November 11–15, 2024, focused on physical activity, nutrition, and mental well-being.
